Ayanna was a pleasure to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping her clients find what they want and need. I live in Hawaii, and while buying a house long distance isn't easy (especially with a six hour time difference), Ayanna was consistently there to answer my queries or keep me from freaking out when things didn't go as planned. She prescreened houses and sent me videos prior to my trips to Jacksonville to help me narrow down my search, so I wouldn't waste my time. She handled everything from the appraisal to helping me get estimates to replace flooring I didn't like, to getting me signed up for Homes for Heroes (an organization of real estate professionals that help service members save money on the purchase of a new home) . Ayanna negotiated right through to the moment I closed to make sure my interests were protected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or work with her again.

Ayanna’s expertise enabled me to purchase my condo and relocate from Michigan to Arizona with ease. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, which allowed her to find exactly what I needed in a property. She’s also well informed about local events and places and things to see, which comes in handy when you’re getting acclimated to the area. Her effortless warm and inviting demeanor is the best.
